🌸 Come & embrace the new season of Spring! A season of renewal, re-birth and regeneration.🌸
In this Wellness and Creativity workshop, we'll be getting into the flow and energy of spring painting beautiful watercolour flowers & also exploring ways to embrace the new season through mindfulness and visualization.
September 7, 2024 12-3.30pm Into-Arts Studio & Gallery, West Ryde
What to expect:
In this immersive Spring Wellness and Creativity Workshop, participants can expect a carefully curated blend of activities designed to nourish mind, body, and spirit.
The afternoon will begin with a warm welcome and a guided meditation/visualisation practice. This practise will help participants cultivate present-moment awareness and inner tranquility, laying a foundation for the creative expression to come.
🌺 Following the mindfulness session, Sancha will share a watercolour demonstration, painting a variety of beautiful spring flowers. With Sancha’s gentle guidance, attendees will then have the opportunity to join in and paint their own watercolour flowers, allowing their creativity to flow freely. No prior experience in watercolour is needed😊
As the afternoon draws to a close, we will share a scrumptious healthy afternoon tea together and conclude with an inspiring mindfulness practice focusing on affirmations for the season ahead.
My greatest hope it that each person will leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and equipped with practical tools for enhancing their mental, emotional, and physical health throughout the spring months and beyond.
